Feeling a little down or deflated? Maybe your balance trainer needs more air. You can easily add air with a pump and needle nose pump adapter. Add air sparingly because once it’s in it’s almost impossible to get out except over time and use. Keep in mind the more air in the balance trainer the less resistance you will experience and the less air in the trainer the more you will have to work to balance. If your disc is a little dirty you can wipe it down with a damp cloth, as needed.
