BOOT CAMP BLITZ - Strength and Stamina Workout!
This is a rough and tough, total body workout that will effectively challenge while helping to improve ones overall level of conditioning! Now ask yourself, are you mentally and physically tough enough?

BOOT CAMP KICK - Toning and Stamina Workout!
This is a "Kick Your Butt" physical conditioning workout routine! Great emphasis is placed on the mid and lower areas of the body resulting in toned abs, glutes and legs..

KO KICK-BO - Conditioning and Empowering Workout!
This is a fun, exciting, high energy, kicking and punching workout routine that will have you burning lots of calories while developing stamina and strength!
