While conducting the Group Workout Class, the instructor is attentive, interactive and motivating as class participants are
coached through a series of timer based exercises.
The time factor in performing the series of exercises is each class
participants window of opportunity in which to perform at their own pace. When all is said and done,
each class participant comes away with having had an ideal workout according to their level of conditioning.
